Pan Lip Sensing Scoring Unit

For bread lines with a product proofed even with or below the pan lip,

the pan lip sensing system does the job. It has the ability to sense

the pan's position and drop the scoring head into and out of the pan,

avoiding blade contact with the pan while making its scores.
