The President of The Perfect Score Co., Inc., Ed Fraschetti, has been in the baking industry for over 30 years. His presence started in electrical, and progressed into the mechanical aspects of the baking industry with real hands on experience.

In regards to Final Proofers, Ed Fraschetti has been involved in maintenance and repair of many proofer systems over his three decades in the business. He has been able to learn from the early systems shortcomings and apply his knowledge and experience to The Perfect Score Co.'s current system.

Starting in the early 1980's, he worked closely with many manufacturers from Europe, including companies in Spain, Italy and Germany. Ed Fraschetti's interaction included specifications, safeties, design and other major considerations leading to the betterment of these systems in the baking industry. The Perfect Score® is focused on the conveying aspects of the baking industry, specializing in unique conveying of which Tray Style Final Proofers are included. The Perfect Score Co. has a dedicated team of skilled professionals at every position that are committed to making products that are the "Cadillac" of the industry.
